Dear Students,
Since the College license have been revoked or suspended the students have suffered a lot.
We find that the students have paid to one of the college however later on they realized that the college license have been revoked and their application is still pending with the Home Office.
General Issues relating to Student Visas:
a) License of the College have been suspended by the Home Office
b) License have been revoked of the College
c) Home Office have curtailed the leave of the Student without notifying it to the Student
d) Partner/wife is expecting a baby and cannot travel and visa is about to expire
e) Child passport has not been received from the country of their origin
f) Student Marrying an EEA national and received a letter from the Home Office to come and
attend an interview.
g) Paid entire year tuition fees to the College and now College license have been revoked by
the Home Office.
h) Degree not yet received and visa is about to expire.
i) Wish to appeal against the decision of the Home Office
j) Wish to apply under Article 8 of Human Rights
k) Wish to apply for Asylum
